Frequently asked questions
- How do I pick the right size?
- This is an oversized fit - it runs large intentionally. If you prefer a more fitted look, size down. When in doubt, go with your regular size for a true oversized feel.
- What is the difference between pickup and shipping?
- "Pick up at Hamburg event" is free - you collect your order at any AI BEAVERS meetup in Hamburg once it is ready. In-person pickup is Hamburg-only for now. "Ship to me" delivers to your door for an additional shipping fee (from €4.99 within Germany, up to €24.99 worldwide).
- Do prices include shipping?
- No. The displayed price includes VAT but does not include shipping. If you choose "Ship to me", the shipping cost is added at checkout. Hamburg event pickup is free.
- When will I receive my order?
- We produce after the pre-order window closes. For pickup orders, we will email you when your tee is ready to collect at an upcoming AI BEAVERS meetup in Hamburg. For shipped orders, you will receive tracking information once we hand the package to the carrier.
- Can I cancel my pre-order?
- If you need to cancel before production starts, email hi@ai-beavers.com and we will help you. Once production starts, changes may be limited.
